Answer: Introducation With the advent in technology, B Corps need to devise social media tactics, specifically Facebook so that they can integrate social and environmentally responsible practices among operating (Kolk, 2016). The research question that shall be answered in this research study is: How do B corporations Australia and New Zealand communicate their social and environmental responsibility through social media? B Corporation can be defined as an entity which are for-profit in nature and mainly focus on public or communities benefit. The main problem is that the organizations are not completely aware of their social and environmental responsibilities. The subject of the research is located in Australia and New Zealand (Corps 2017). The five categories on which the B score shall be assessed are: Environment, Workers, Customers, Communities and Governance. The organizations need to take responsibility as their activities have effects on their reputation, legitimacy, corporate image and environmental scenario. It is important to examine the ways in which B corporations in Australia and New Zealand may communicate their social and environmental responsibility through social media, specifically Facebook. This study shall implement Carrolls pyramid of Corporate Social Responsibility (Carroll, 2016). This model organizes different corporate social responsibilities into a pyramid model and helps the organizations to be profitable. This research study shall adopt secondary data collection. Academic journals, academic books, corporate websites and newspaper articles shall be used as the sources of gathering data. As the research focuses on secondary data, the result findings may not accurate. The findings may suggest that campaigns can engage the people on Facebook.
